    The draw runs on our servers against those published weights. Not on your phone, and not re-rollable.

    Keep or sell

    Send the piece to your vault, or sell it straight back at the current market price.

    Ship it whenever

    Anything in your vault ships free and insured, on your say-so. No time limit on deciding.

THE PART MOST PEOPLE HIDE

The odds you read are the odds we draw against.

Not a separate marketing number maintained alongside the real one. The table in the app and the draw itself read the same rows of the same database, so the two cannot drift apart — and you can check them without an account, because odds you have to register to see aren't published at all.

The draw happens on our server, inside the same transaction as the payment. Your phone asks to open a box and is told what it won. It has no way to influence the result, repeat it, or refuse it.

A piece that's out of stock is excluded from the draw entirely rather than drawn and swapped. Nothing can be won that we can't actually send you.

A four-digit combination and a single piece behind it. No draw, no weights — either you get the code or you don't. Once somebody opens it, it's gone for good. The combination is checked on our servers and exists nowhere in the app.

At the market price shown, credited immediately. The figure on the button is the figure that lands — it reads the same row the sale settles against.

Confirmed when you register and checked again on our servers before every single purchase, so it holds even against a modified app.

Self-exclusion that sticks

Lock yourself out for 24 hours or 7 days. It cannot be lifted early — not by reinstalling, not by asking us. That's the point of asking for it.

Your own spending limit

Set a daily cap and the server enforces it, not the app.

Nothing free to sign up

New accounts start empty. We don't hand out credit to get you opening boxes.

No cash withdrawal

A balance buys merchandise. It is not a wallet and it does not pay out to a card.

Verified before we ship

A phone number at signup, and photo ID before any piece leaves the building. High-value jewelry does not go to a name nobody checked.
