You must be 18 or older. We confirm this when you register and check it again on our servers before every purchase.

One account per person, and one account per verified phone number.

A sealed box containing one physical piece of jewelry, drawn at random from a pool whose exact probabilities are published before you buy.

You are buying the box, not a particular piece. The randomised selection is how the piece is chosen; it is not itself the product. Any outcome is a real item we hold in stock.

Every box displays every piece it can produce and the exact probability of each, to two decimal places, before purchase. Those figures are the ones the draw uses — the display and the draw read the same data.

The draw runs on our servers. Its result is final and cannot be repeated or reversed by you or by us.

You may have the piece shipped to you, hold it in your account, or sell it back to us at the market price shown at that moment.

A piece held in your account beyond its stated window is automatically sold back at the market price and the proceeds credited. The window is shown on the piece and counts down visibly.

Shipping is at our expense, insured, tracked, and requires a signature.

We verify your identity before shipping. Sending jewelry of this value to an unverified name is not something we are willing to do.

A balance is redeemable against merchandise on this service only. It is not money, it cannot be withdrawn to a card or a bank account, and there is no mechanism in the product to pay it out.

A box that has been opened cannot be refunded — the outcome is determined and recorded at the moment of purchase, and the piece is allocated to you at that instant.

If something goes wrong on our side — a charge that did not produce a box, an item we cannot send — contact us and we will put it right.

A physical item that arrives damaged or not as described: contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Outcomes are random. Vault Collection is entertainment and a way to buy jewelry; it is not an investment, and nothing in the app should be read as a prediction of value.

You can set a daily spending limit, and you can lock yourself out for 24 hours or 7 days. A lockout cannot be lifted early — not by reinstalling the app, and not by asking us. That is deliberate.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may close or suspend one for fraud, for abuse of the service, or where we are required to.

When these terms change materially we publish a new version and ask you to accept it. The app records which version you accepted and when.
